A collaborative study found fibromyalgia patients using PET imaging found glial activation was elevated due to widespread inflammation in their brains. The study was done at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. Their report was published online by Eurek Alert. The two research studies began separately until they found that they were each doing such similar investigations of fibromyalgia patients along with healthy controls that they combined forces. Indeed, the results were the same. The Boston hospital was founded in 1811 and is the largest teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.

In late September of 2018, the Michigan Legislature was offered House Resolution 038 which was entitled “Myalgic encephalomyelitis” and was “A resolution to recognize myalgic encephalomyelitis as a serious, debilitating disease and urge key entities to improve patient care, prioritize new research, educate health professionals, and raise awareness about the severity of the disease.”

The U.S. National Academy of Sciences (NAS) spent time investigating the dangers of low-dose ionizing radiation. They found that there is no safe level of radiation exposure. Even a very small dose of radiation can cause a level of harm. Women and children are more susceptible to radiation damage but it also affects adult males. CFIDS/ME patients suffer with alpha particles. Once inside the body, they can tear through organs or blood and are capable of extensive damage. Alphas can come from naturally occurring nuclides or from nuclear fuel. Some natural isotopes that give off alphas can be found in uranium, thorium and radon.

We cannot trust the World Health Organization (WHO) to keep us safe from radiation since the WHO is bound by an agreement made in 1959 with the International Atomic Health Agency. The IAEA:s mandate is to promote nuclear energy. They can veto any actions by the WHO that relate to nuclear power. Cardiovasular defects are still being produced by the Chernobyl problem and now Fukushima poses new threats that will be around even longer. One publication by Beyond Nuclear entitled “The Case Against Nuclear Power - Radiation and harm to human health” states, under “Catastrophe studies”, “Exposure to radioactivity is associated with chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS).”

Was it on an organic vegetable you bought at a store who got rained upon by a cloud who picked up a bit of radiation as it traveled toward you? There’s just no way of knowing.
